Shipping & Handling and Freight Policies

Products ordered though our shipping cart are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours.  Items that are not available for shipping during that time, would be considered, back-ordered, and will not be invoiced until that item is shipped.

Most items up to 75lbs are subject to a $10 handling charge, per order. If your selection of items exceed 75lbs, a second handing charge of $10 may apply.

Tires are subject to a $10 handling charge per item.

All Items are shipped Ground

Items designated "Truck Freight" can only be ordered by phone, 1-800-694-8037. All items designated "Truck Freight" will be subject to an additional shipping cost, based on carrier rates.

If you wish next day or expedited shipping, please make arrangements by calling, 1-800-694-8037, our sales staff will be happy to assist you.

Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous items, mounted tires and wheels, oversize items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.

Warranties/Damaged

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. Please report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier.

Damaged items are covered under the manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer. Damaged items may have to be inspected by the manufacturer before a refund or exchange can be authorized by Kirk's Speed & Automotive, Inc,.

Backorder Policy

If a particular item is on backorder, we will contact you and notify you of its availability. The item will not be invoiced to you until the item is shipped.

General Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box with a copy of the invoice for a refund or exchange, within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. No refunds issued on handling/shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
